一 | 昨天上午，西湖上空一半蓝天一半乌云，湖面风大浪大，手划船纷纷回港避风。 Dhaka, Oct 20 (UNI) Due to the Russia-Ukraine war, the world economy is in turmoil. This war has a direct impact on the European Union (EU) countries. In spite of such a situation, the garment industry of Bangladesh is giving hopeful news.
In the seven months from January to July this year, Bangladesh's garment exports to EU countries increased by 43.38 per cent. And EU imports from the rest of the world increased by 24.74 per cent. Accordingly, Bangladesh is at the top of all in the growth of garment exports to the EU.
Such information has emerged in the import statistics published by the European statistical agency "Eurostat EU".
According to the statistics, in the first seven months of 2022, Bangladesh's clothing exports to the EU countries were $13.16 billion. Compared to the same period of last year, exports have increased by 43.38 per cent. In the first seven months of last year, Bangladesh exported garments to the EU worth $9.76 billion.
According to Eurostat, EU imports from the world grew by 22.7 percent at this time in 2022 compared to imports up to July 2021. Among them, EU countries' clothing imports from China in the last seven months reached $14.93 billion with a growth of 23.52 per cent.
Turkey is in the next position. The country exported $7 billion worth of goods. Through this, the country is positioned after Bangladesh. Through this amount of exports, the country's growth has increased by 17.32 per cent.
According to data, India has exported $3.17 billion worth of garments to the EU in the first seven months of this year. Through this, the country's growth has increased by 26.78 per cent.
Vietnam's exports to the EU dropped significantly during this period. In the first seven months of this year, the country exported $2.3 billion worth of apparel products. During this period, the country's growth increased by 22.78 per cent.
Other countries with significant growth include Cambodia 41.50 per cent, Indonesia 30.86 per cent, Pakistan 28 per cent, Morocco 16.67 per cent and Sri Lanka 14 per cent.
UNI MAZ SY。记者陈中秋摄昨天是出伏第一天，杭州最高气温34.7℃。虽然还是有点热，但天空颜值很高，非常通透，配合上蓝天白云，超级治愈。这主要是由于最近杭州处于副热带高压南侧，天空盛行下沉气流，容易出现蓝天；再加上水汽配合得刚刚好，蒸发到空中就形成了朵朵白云；另外，偏东风带来了干净的空气，使得能见度和空气质量都非常好。不过雨水并没有完全退场，本周受偏东气流影响，杭州将维持多云与阵雨或雷雨天气交替的天气格局。预计杭州今天多云，局部有阵雨，偏东风4级阵风5~6级，白天最高气温34℃，早晨最低气温26℃。今年三伏为1961年以来第五热昨天是出伏第一天，气温也很“识相”，昨天全省都没有高温，其中浙北地区阳光较好，昨天全省最高气温前三名都被浙北地区包揽：柯桥（34.8℃），杭州（34.7℃），诸暨（34.1℃）。三伏收官，中国天气网也总结了今年三伏的“成绩单”。今年三伏期间（7月15日—8月23日），我国平均气温为22.95℃，仅次于2024年、2025年、2022年、2023年，为1961年有完整气象观测记录以来第五热的三伏。

二 | 从高温日数分布来看，今年三伏期间高温日最多的是新疆，吐鲁番多地三伏期间高温全勤，四川盆地和浙江多地在20天以上。

三 | 在省会、首府、直辖市中，三伏期间高温日数最多的是重庆的29天，杭州25天、福州24天紧随其后。

四 | 从高温强度来看，重庆、乌鲁木齐三伏期间最高气温均突破40°C，杭州、福州也超过39°C，炎热难耐。三伏结束并不意味着炎热收尾，未来一周，长江流域一带高温闷热天气仍然较多，即使最高气温不到35℃高温线，但由于湿度较大，体感温度也会超过35℃，须小心“隐性高温”。杭州市气象台也提醒，目前杭州仍处在夏季高温高湿的天气背景下，即使午后局部有阵雨或雷雨，降雨过后空气湿度较大，体感依然比较闷热。近期出行既要防雨，也要注意防暑降温。“简拉维”今天继续给浙南和沿海地区“泼水”回望今年三伏，虽有热的时候，但总体仍不及去年、前年。

五 | 之所以没前几年那么极端，很大程度归功于密集生成的台风，给火热的三伏降了不少温。

六 | 近两天，与浙江关系最密切的就是今年第20号台风“简拉维”。昨天中午前后“简拉维”在福建沿海登陆后，强度迅速减弱为热带低压。浙江省气象服务中心说，受“简拉维”影响，昨天东南沿海地区的降水几乎“全勤”，16时，近3小时累计雨量最大出现在温州文成珊溪五新，为40.9毫米。“简拉维”还没走远，今天继续往我省浙南和东南沿海地区“泼水”。今天雨势相对昨天会减弱一些，但仍明显，浙南地区局部有大到暴雨。
